Interdisciplinary Visual Artist

My artwork is both exploratory and celebratory, helping me navigate the world. I continue to investigate a multitude of mediums, falling in love with the different characteristics each new one provides. I’m always considering new subject matter, looking for fresh and interesting means of representation.

 

Most of my work examines the natural world, taking stock of the beauty it has to offer. Through portraiture of both humans and animals, studies of various plant life, and the depiction of personally significant locations, I focus on portraying the world in an appreciative light.

 

My background in art history has bolstered my belief in the importance of personal celebration through artwork. By creating unique commissions for my clientele, I am able to solidify their personal interests, passions, and lives through artwork.

 

My work is a reflection of myself; it is forever evolving, with the understanding that development is not always linear.
